We aggregate public LCA (Labor Condition Application) filings from the US Department of Labor. Employers must legally declare salary data when hiring H-1B workers.

Accuracy

Data is accurate to the government filing. Note that this is Base Salary Only. It does not include RSUs (Stock), Sign-on bonuses, or other compensation.
